This Cuban coffee is neither the most acidic nor the strongest. Excellent for both espresso and drip coffee, it is rich, medium-bodied and has a delightfully smoky aroma.

ABOUT THE PLANTATION
Cultivated in Guantanamo, where the mild climate and the frequency of rains form an ideal micro climate for growing coffee, coffee trees are grown under forest cover, in soil rich in mica, quartz and humus*, without any fertilizers. Once ripe, the cherries are carefully hand harvested by a small group of Cuban coffee farmers.
