Shipment and Processing Times
Our factory operates from Monday to Thursday, and freshly produces orders on demand. Here's how your order timing affects shipping:
- Monday: Dispatched by Wednesday
- Tuesday to Wednesday (by 11 AM EST): Dispatched by Thursday
- Wednesday (post-11:01 AM) to Thursday (by 11 AM EST): Dispatched by Monday
- Thursday (post-11:01 AM) to Friday: Dispatched by Tuesday
- Weekend: Dispatched by Wednesday
Important : Flavoured coffees require an additional processing day, as the coffee needs time to absorb the added essences.

Delivery Notes for the Driver
Our couriers make one delivery attempt. If you're not home, the package will be left at your door. Once the package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur.
To ensure safe delivery, add special delivery instructions when needed at checkout. For example ; “leave behind the flowerpot” or “with the concierge”.
If delivery cannot be completed due to missing or incorrect information, you will need to cover shipping fees for the second delivery attempt.
