Operating Instructions
1. Preparation
- Place the roaster on a stable surface in a well-ventilated area (hood or outdoors recommended).
- Ensure the chaff collector is clean and installed correctly.
- Do not exceed 300 g of green beans per batch.
2. Loading Beans
- Open chamber lid, add beans, then close securely.
- Confirm the chaff drawer is fully inserted before starting.
3. Setting the Roast
- Select temperature and duration using the control panel or app.
- Monitor visually through the Pyrex chamber.
- Listen for first crack and second crack as roast milestones.
4. Roasting → Cooling
- After roast completion, the machine automatically initiates a forced cooling cycle (~8 minutes).
- Never leave the roaster unattended while running.
5. Post-Roast Cleaning
- Empty chaff drawer after each roast.
- Clean the chamber and filters; allow all parts to fully dry before next use.
