Operating Instructions

1. Preparation

  • Place the roaster on a stable surface in a well-ventilated area (hood or outdoors recommended).
  • Ensure the chaff collector is clean and installed correctly.
  • Do not exceed 300 g of green beans per batch.

2. Loading Beans

  • Open chamber lid, add beans, then close securely.
  • Confirm the chaff drawer is fully inserted before starting.

3. Setting the Roast

  • Select temperature and duration using the control panel or app.
  • Monitor visually through the Pyrex chamber.
  • Listen for first crack and second crack as roast milestones.

4. Roasting → Cooling

  • Clean the chamber and filters; allow all parts to fully dry before next use.
