ABOUT THE ANAEROBIC FERMENTED PROCESS
In the Anaerobic Fermented Process , the coffee undergoes a deliberate drying process within specialized boxes that alternate between cycles of hot and cold air over 12-hour intervals. This meticulous approach allows the coffee cherries to slowly dehydrate while in contact with one another, giving rise to fruity and wine-like flavor notes that truly distinguish their coffee.
