As we move through the final days of the season, we've gathered a few important reminders below – including shipping timelines, a small thank-you added to every order, a final chance to enter our December giveaway, and where to find us in our new Instagram home.
Holiday Schedule: Terra Coffee & Tea will be closed from December 25 to January 4 as our team takes a short winter break before the year ahead.
Holiday Shipping & A Small Thank-You
As we approach the final days of the season, we want to help set clear expectations for orders placed in late December – and offer a small gesture of thanks along the way.
- Orders placed up to Sunday, December 21 will be shipped by Tuesday, December 23. If shipment before Christmas is not possible, our team will reach out directly.
- Orders placed between December 22 and January 4 will begin shipping again no later than Wednesday, January 7, or earlier whenever possible.
For the holiday season, we're including a Ceramic Terra Mug with every purchase of $95 or more – a simple companion for your daily sips as the year winds down.
