ARIEL Raspberry Peach

Our Raspberry Peach fruit tea answers with a cup the colour of summer: deep ruby-red, fragrant with raspberry and ripe peach, and naturally free of caffeine so you can pour one at any hour. It's a fruit tea made for easy enjoyment, hot from the kettle or chilled over ice.

Tasting Notes

The first sip leads with juicy raspberry and soft, sweet peach, followed by a tart berry depth from blackberry, elderberry and black currant. Hibiscus and beetroot give the infusion its vivid ruby colour, while rose petals and papaya round the finish with a gentle floral sweetness. The result is fruit-forward and lightly tangy, refreshing rather than heavy.

Hot or Iced

Caffeine-free means this blend suits the whole day, from a quiet morning to an after-dinner cup. Brew it hot for something warming, or steep it strong and pour it over ice for a vivid, thirst-quenching iced tea on a warm afternoon. Either way, the colour alone makes it a pleasure to serve.

Brewing

Heat fresh water to 94 °C and steep 2.5 g of blend (about one teaspoon) for 5 minutes. For iced tea, brew it at double strength, then pour the hot infusion straight over a glass full of ice.
