ABOUT THE ROAST

This blend consists of 75% Medium roast and 25 % Dark roast.

Our Medium Roast is designed to increase body and reduce acidity while also caramelising the coffees’ natural sugars while our Dark roast adds smoky and sharp notes and reduces body and acidity.
