Colombia Pink Bourbon is a unique and rare coffee variety that blends the renowned Bourbon cultivar with the rare Pink Bourbon mutation. Known for its distinctive pink-colored cherries, this coffee thrives in Colombia’s high-altitude regions, including Huila, Nariño, and Cauca. Grown at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,000 meters, the slow maturation process enhances the complexity and depth of flavor, producing a cup that is both vibrant and balanced.
The coffee is processed using the washed method, where the cherries are depulped, fermented, and washed to remove the outer fruit. This method preserves the coffee’s natural bright acidity and allows the floral and fruity notes to come forward clearly, delivering a clean, crisp cup.
