Brewing

As a herbal tea, it likes hotter water and a longer steep – brew at 94 °C for about 5 minutes, using roughly 2.5 g (a heaping teaspoon) per cup, or one tea bag. For iced tea, steep it double-strength and pour over plenty of ice. It's naturally caffeine-free, so enjoy it any time.
