What are the Delivery Delays?

Orders are freshly produced and shipped within 2 business days (although usually within the first 24 hours). In fact, coffees are specially roasted for you on-demand to ensure the highest quality & freshness possible.

Local 1 day  -  Regional Up to 3 days  -  National Up to 7 days

Can I Pick Up my order? 

Absolutely! Simply select the Pick up option at checkout. We will send an email confirmation as soon as your order is ready. Our factory is located at 290 Port Royal street W., Montreal, Canada. H3L 2B4. We are open from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.

 

Order Cancellation Policy


All orders are freshly produced on-demand (roasted, blended, flavoured, packaged, etc.) just for you. In the majority of cases, we also absorb either a large portion or the entirety of the shipping fees. For these reasons, once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If the order cannot be delivered due to missing delivery information, additional fees to re-ship the order may apply.

 

Return Policy


Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you’re experiencing an issue with your order, please immediately contact our Customer Service Department: 514 381 2571, 1 800 268 3772 Ext: 258. Depending on the nature of the situation, we may refund returns made within 30 days (minus shipping and handling). Returns must first be approved.
