Affogato Recipe (Espresso with Ice Cream)


Oh yum!!! Ice cream and coffee! What more could you ask for?

Enjoy making this super simple, hard to resist, desert recipe at home.


- 1 to 2 scoops of your favorite ice cream

- 1 to 2 espressos of your preferred TERRA coffee blend

*If you don't have a favorite espresso blend yet, we recommend our Goccia d'Oro espresso.


1. Place your ice cream scoops in a bowl.

2. Pour the espresso over the ice cream. That's it!

*You can also add a caramel or chocolate syrup coulis. Let yourself be inspired!
