Tasting Notes

Chamomile leads – mellow and honey-like, with the soft apple note the flower is known for. Rose and jasmine add a delicate floral lift, while vanilla and a whisper of peach bring a creamy sweetness. Licorice root rounds it out with a natural, sugar-free sweetness, and flecks of blue cornflower give the loose blend its pretty colour. It's smooth, lightly sweet, and never sharp.

Brewing

As a herbal tea, it likes hot water and a long steep – brew at 94 °C for about 5 minutes, using roughly 2.5 g (a heaping teaspoon) per cup, or one tea bag. It's caffeine-free, so it suits any hour, right up to bedtime. Lovely plain; a little honey suits it too.
