We started looking for a higher quality sugar in 2012 and were determined to avoid importing from monoculture sugar cane plantations where biodiversity is not respected and land is often stripped. In addition, we were certain that we wanted to avoid any sugars bleached using the charcoal-bone process. 

Also, some of the biggest brands of icing sugar found in grocery stores mix their powdered sugar with cornstarch. You can tell by reading the ingredients. We assure you that our icing sugar contains no other ingredient than organic cane sugar!

This icing sugar works wonders in recipes. Its texture is perfectly fine and its taste is pure! A perfect alternative to traditional refined white icing sugar, this golden cane sugar-based version is ideal for sprinkling or to use for glazes and toppings.
