ABOUT THE PLANTATION
The former Kingdom of Nepal is now a multicultural country with a strong tradition and renowned for its magnificent mountains where coffee production is a relatively new phenomenon.
The plantation was established in 1996 in the foothills of the Himalayas, about 75 km north of Kathmandu, along the banks of the Trisuli River. It is en route to the famous trekking and mountaineering region of Langtang / Ganesh Himal.
Nepal Supreme Mount Everest coffee is produced for export, greatly contributing to the economic stability of the region. The estate encourages local farmers by providing them with educational and agricultural assistance. Its environmental commitment to the land (soil conservation) and forests (reforestation) also helps protect and preserve various endangered species.
