About the Freeze-Dried Process

Made from premium quality beans, our instant coffees are perfected through the freeze-drying process. Unlike atomized instant coffees, the freeze-drying process consists of cold-drying the coffee. Seeing as it is not exposed to high temperatures, the coffee better retains most of its nutritional qualities and flavour notes. A simple rehydration with hot water is necessary to obtain a delicious cup of coffee!

Preparation Method (Hot Coffee)

Instructions 

Add one teaspoon of instant coffee per 250 ml of hot water. Stir well.

Preparation Method (Iced Coffee)

Ingredients (for 8 oz cup)

• 180 ml (6 oz) of ice cubes
• 100 ml (3.4 oz) of milk of your choice
• 1 Teaspoon of TERRA Instant Freeze-Dried coffee
• 35-45 ml of hot water

Instructions

1. In a separate recipient, blend the Terra Instant Freeze-Dried coffee and hot water.
2. Fill a cup with the ice cubes and milk of your choice.
3. Pour your coffee extraction into the cup and stir.
4. Sweeten as desired and enjoy!
