Mint and chocolate is a cool-weather classic, and Frosted Mint leans right into it: Dutch-process cocoa and golden cane sugar, brightened with a clean peppermint note that cuts through the richness. We blend it in Montréal, and it comes without milk, so the cup is yours to build – whole milk for something decadent, oat or almond for something lighter. The chocolate stays deep and sweet, while the mint keeps the finish crisp and refreshing, like a candy cane in a mug.
Suggested Uses
This is a holiday-season favourite – lovely by the tree, after a cold walk, or alongside something festive like gingerbread. It's a natural for a peppermint mocha, too: just stir a shot of espresso into the finished cup.
Preparation
Add 2 tbsp (15 g) of hot chocolate powder to 1 cup (250 ml) of hot milk and stir until smooth. For extra froth, fill your cup halfway with hot milk and stir to dissolve, then froth the remaining milk and combine.
