The Gene Cafe CBR-101 stands out as a top-tier roaster, capable of consistently producing approximately half a pound of evenly roasted coffee.
Its distinctive features include a unique vortex twisting and off-axis chamber rotation mechanism, ensuring thorough distribution of green coffee beans during the roasting process. This innovative motion significantly contributes to the uniform color of the roasted coffee.
