ARIEL Breathe

Breathe is a soft, naturally sweet herbal infusion built around two anise-scented favourites: licorice root and fennel. Together they give the cup a gentle, candy-sweet warmth with no sugar added, rounded out by garden herbs like thyme and mallow. It brews a clear amber and drinks smooth and mellow – a caffeine-free cup for a quiet evening.

Tasting Notes

The aroma is sweet and lightly aniseed, and the cup follows through: Breathe leads with a natural, mellow sweetness, while thyme adds a savoury, herbal edge and the mallow and marshmallow lend a soft, almost silky body. There's no bitterness and nothing sharp, and because the sweetness comes from the herbs themselves, it needs nothing added. Smooth, warming and easy to sip.

The Blend

This is an old-fashioned kind of herbal blend, built entirely from roots, leaves and flowers. Licorice root and fennel seed bring the sweet, anise character; thyme, ribwort and mallow add green, herbal depth; and mallow and marshmallow give the cup its soft, rounded texture. It's naturally caffeine-free, and every element is there for flavour and body.

Brewing

Bring fresh water to 90 °C and steep 2.5 g (about one teaspoon) for 3 minutes. With no tea leaf here, it won't turn bitter if it sits longer, so steep it to taste; the herbs give a good second infusion.
