ATLAS Rose & Jasmine

Rose & Jasmine is a soft, floral herbal tea for quiet moments. It's built on a blend of flowers and fruit – rose petals, chamomile, hibiscus, linden and more – scented with real rose and a gentle jasmine aroma for a fragrant, delicate cup. There's no caffeine, so it's an easy one to reach for in the evening.

Tasting Notes

The cup is golden-pink and smells like a flower garden – rose and jasmine leading, with a little citrus and mint underneath. It drinks soft and lightly sweet, floral without being perfumey, while a touch of hibiscus and rosehip lends gentle tartness and colour. Chamomile and linden round it out, and a whisper of mint keeps the finish fresh. Smooth and unhurried, and just as nice iced.

A Floral Blend

There's more in here than the name lets on. Alongside rose petals sit chamomile, hibiscus, linden blossom, cornflower and rosehip, with lemongrass, mint and citrus peel for freshness and apple for a little natural sweetness. Together they build the soft, floral character the rose and jasmine sit on top of.

Brewing

Bring fresh water to 80 °C and steep one tea bag for 4 minutes. With no tea leaf here, it won't turn bitter if it sits longer, so steep it to taste. It's lovely iced too – brew it stronger and pour over ice.
