ATLAS Mint

Mint takes a smooth green tea and makes it cool and refreshing. Fresh spearmint and peppermint leaves are blended with green tea for a cup that's bright, clean and invigorating – lovely first thing in the morning, and just as good iced on a hot day. It's a simple, everyday green tea with a fresh minty lift.

Tasting Notes

The aroma is all cool mint, and the cup drinks fresh and clean. Green tea gives a soft, grassy base, while spearmint brings sweetness and peppermint adds that crisp, cooling edge. It's light and smooth, with just a little green-tea character underneath and no heaviness. Refreshing hot, and genuinely excellent over ice with a sprig of fresh mint.

Spearmint and Peppermint

Two mints do the work here. Spearmint is the softer, sweeter of the two, while peppermint brings the sharper, cooling menthol note – together they're brighter and more rounded than either on its own. Blended into a smooth green tea base, they make a cup that's as refreshing at the end of a meal as it is in the middle of the afternoon.

Brewing

Heat fresh water to 70–85 °C and steep one tea bag for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep the water below boiling so the green tea stays smooth rather than bitter. For iced tea, brew it a little stronger and pour over plenty of ice.
