1. Dissolve the content of the packet in ½ litre of water and pour the solution into the machine's water tank.
2. Turn on the machine, remove the filter holder, and operate the pump to let around 2/3 cups of water flow.
3. If limescale buildup is severe, open the steam valve to let the water out of the spray nozzle.
4. Wait for 15 minutes, then run the pump for 20 seconds.
5. Rinse the tank thoroughly, fill it with clean water, and periodically drain the water until it's empty.
6. Repeat this process periodically or whenever you notice a decrease in water flow.
